Waste liquid is filtered first, and conveyed through a pump. Then it will be auxiliary atomized by compressed air, sprayed into the rotary kiln incinerator to burn through a double fluid spray gun. The daily solid waste will be pr-processed (broken) and then sent by a spiral feeder into a rotary kiln incinerator to burn. To guarantee the solid waste in the incinerator to stay 30-120 minutes by adjusting the rotating kiln speed to burn solid waste totally. The oilfield living and production areas will produce lots of liquid and solid waste, including the hazardous waste liquid. The various solid waste mainly consists of living garbage, while among it, the medical waste, acid slag, sludge also are quite hazardous, so it is essential to dispose them.
